Lou commenced his distinguished career as Deputy Sheriff for the Magistrate Court and High Court of the Republic of South Africa. Whilst studying part time, he held the position as Legal Manager of AFGRI Operations for a period of ten years. He acted as Vice President at Legal Education and Development South Africa and obtained various academic achievements in Commercial Litigation and High Court Procedure. Lou is an admitted Attorney of the High Court and has right of appearance in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa and has a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria. Lou is the founding partner of Jansen van Rensburg & Partners Incorporated. Lou has vast experience and a reputable track record in Commercial law, Commercial litigation and Labour Law.

Melanie Sneddon

Melanie obtained her LLB Honours degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria in 2012. After completing two years of articles, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa on 10 March 2015 and also has right of appearance in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa. Melanie is a skilled commercial attorney whose main areas of expertise lie in commercial law and litigation emanating therefrom, drafting of contracts, debt collection in both High Court and Magistrate Court, Consumer Protection and Banking Law, Insolvency Law, Business Rescue and Labour Law. Melanie completed the Advanced Programme in Insolvency Litigation and Administration Practice at the University of Pretoria and was awarded this certificate with distinction in 2021. She has also completed various other certificate courses in insolvency litigation and practice, advanced labour law, commercial drafting as well consumer protection. Melanie is a passionate and experienced attorney who is dedicated to providing quality service to her clients with exceptional attention to detail. Melanie is also a fluent German speaker.

Nathea started her career as a legal secretary to Lou while she was still studying her LLB part time through the University of South Africa. After many years of gaining tremendous experience she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa on 22 August 2019. Nathea has an exceptional track record in Family Law and has always deemed this to be her passion.

Alsa van Aswegen

Alsa van Aswegen obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2008 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2010. She is currently practising as a Senior Associate Attorney. Her hobbies include drawing, painting and reading.

Moloko Lehong is a qualified and admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa who obtained his LLB LAW Degree at the University of the Free State in 2019. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2022. Moloko is an associate who specializes in family law, commercial law and civil litigation. he is passionate about providing his clients with a personalized service and tailored made legal advice that best suits their needs.
